Building Litigation

We specialise in cases against builders and developers in building disputes where there are substantial defects in either the building of the house/property or in the materials that were used or if the builder has built the house/property in question and it is not in compliance with building regulations or the planning permission then we will sue the builder or developer on your behalf.
