Criminal Law

We undertake criminal defence work at District Court level mainly focusing on road traffic offences but also represent clients in all criminal defence work. We represent clients charged with offences ranging from assault and theft to the more serious offences in the higher courts. We are registered on the Legal Aid Panel of Solicitors which means we can undertake work for those who are entitled to avail of Free Legal Aid. We are also available to make Garda Station consultations where necessary.
